ಬೆಳ್ತಂಗಡಿ : ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಉಪ್ಪಿನಂಗಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಹಿಂದೂ ಸಮಾಜೋತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಚೋದನಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಜಾಮೀನು ರಹಿತ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಪಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕಲ್ಲಡ್ಕ ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ ಭಟ್‌ರೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ೬ಕೋಟಿ ಜನತೆಯ ಓರ್ವ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ವಿ ಸದಾನಂದ ಗೌಡರವರು ಜೊತೆಯಾಗಿ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ಸಭೆಯೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿರುವ ಘಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಎಸ್.ಡಿ.ಪಿ.ಐ ಬೆಳ್ತಂಗಡಿ ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಓರ್ವ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಗೌರವ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾದ ಡಿ.ವಿ ಸದಾನಂದ ಗೌಡರು ಉಪ್ಪಿನಂಗಡಿ ಪೋಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿರುವ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 153A ಹಾಗೂ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 295A ಪ್ರಕರಣದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಮೀನು ರಹಿತ ಆರೋಪಿಯಾದ ಕಲ್ಲಡ್ಕ ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್ ರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆಯೇ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ RSS ನ ಶಿಬಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿರುವುದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಅಪಚಾರವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ತಾನು ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳ ಹಿಂಬಾಲಕನೆಂದು ತೋರ್ಪಡಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಜನತೆ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಭರವಸೆಯಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಆರೋಪಿತ ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್ ಭಟ್ ರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸದೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಎಸ್.ಡಿ.ಪಿ.ಐ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಲೂಕು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಅಕ್ಬರ್ ಬಿ. ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಅನೀಸ್.ಜಿ ಯವರು ಜಂಟಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Arfa Karim Randhawa, Youngest MS Certified.
Arfa Karim Randhawa, the Pakistani girl who stunned the world by becoming the youngest Microsoft Certified Professional and was received and awarded by Microsoft owner Bill Gates in 2005, is fighting for life at Combined Medical Hospital (Lahore) for the last seven days. She is in a state of comma and is on ventilator.
The 16-year-old Arfa, also recipient of many other awards, is a student of Lahore Grammar School's Paragon Campus in her second year of A Levels. On December 22, she suffered fits and was admitted to the hospital. She is unconscious since Dec 28. Arfa Karim was born in 1995 at Faisalabad. At the age of 9 years, she became the youngest MCP in the world — MCP involves building programs into broader systems for business. Arfa was invited by Bill Gates to visit the Microsoft Headquarters in the USA when she was only 10 years old. In August 2005, Arfa Karim also awarded the Fatimah Jinnah Gold Medal in the field of Science and Technology by then Prime Minister. She also received the Salaam Pakistan Youth Award, again in 2005 by then President of Pakistan.
Arfa Karim is also the recipient of the Presidential Award for Pride of Performance. It is to be mentioned here that Arfa is till the youngest recipient of that award. She also represented Pakistan on various international forums. She was invited by the IT Professionals of Dubai for a stay of two weeks in Dubai. A dinner reception was hosted for her there, which was attended by the diagnostics of Dubai including the Ambassador of Pakistan.
During that trip, Arfa was presented with various medals and awards. She also flew a plane in a flying club in Dubai at the age of 10, and received the first flight certificate. In November 2006, Arfa was invited by Microsoft to be a part of the keynote session in the Tech-Ed Developers conference held in Barcelona. The theme of the conference was "Get ahead of the game" and Arfa was presented as a true specimen of being ahead of the game. She was the only Pakistani among over 5,000 developers in that conference. Arfa's father Col (R) Amjad Karim Randhawa has appealed the masses to pray for her swift recovery.

Police say Jarawa video old, Govt orders probe
The Ministry of Home Affairs has asked for a status report on the Andaman tribals after a video of the Jarawa tribe allegedly being forced to dance surfaced. However, the Andaman police has downplayed the video, calling it an 'old one' and blamed the British journalist of forcing the Jarawas to dance for the tourists.

ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್: ಜ.9.ಇದೀಗ ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಕಾಡ ತೊಡಗಿರುವ ಸಿಬಿಐ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬರ ಮೇಲೆ ಗಾಳ ಹಾಕುತ್ತ ವೈ‌ಎಸ್‌ಆರ್ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 43,000 ಕೋಟಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವೈ‌ಎಸ್‌ಆರ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜಗನ್ ಮೋಹನ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ತನಿಖೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದೆ. ಲಕ್ಸಂಬರ್ಗ್ ನ ಕಂಪನಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವೈ‌ಎಸ್ ಆರ್ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದು ಖಾತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮುಂಚೆ ಸುಮಾರು 100 ಕೋಟಿ.ರೂ ಲಕ್ಸಂಬರ್ಗ್ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಸಂದಾಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರದಿಂದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾಗ ನನಗೆ ಏನು ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ, ಆ ಕಂಪನಿ ನನ್ನದಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ವೈ‌ಎಸ್ ಜಗನ್ ನುಣಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ದಿವಂಗತ ವೈ‌ಎಸ್ ರಾಜಶೇಖರ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಆಡಿಟರ್ ವಿಜಯ್ ಸಾಯಿ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಬಳಿ ಇದ್ದ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿಬಿಐ ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಕೋರ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಲಿದೆ.
ಸುಮಾರು 150 ಕೋಟಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮೂಲದ ಸಂಡೂರು ಪವರ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಎಂಬ ಕಂಪನಿಯನ್ನು 761 ಕೋಟಿ.ರೂಗೆ ಏರಿಸಿದ್ದು ನಿಜ ಎಂದು ವಿಜಯ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಲಕ್ಸಂಬರ್ಗ್ ನ ಏಷ್ಯಾ ಇನ್ಫ್ರಾಸ್ಟಕ್ಚರ್ ಸಿಕಾರ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯಿಂದ ಹರಿದು ಬಂದ ನಿಧಿ ಸಂಡೂರು ಪವಲ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ಎಂಬ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಯಾರು ಒಡೆಯ?: ಲಕ್ಸಂಬರ್ಗ್ ನ ಏಷ್ಯಾ ಇನ್ಫ್ರಾಸ್ಟಕ್ಚರ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಮಾಲಿಕರು ಯಾರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಾ ಹೋದ ಸಿಬಿ‌ಐಗೆ ವೈಟ್ ಹಾಲ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಎಂಬ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹೆಸರು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಈ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ನಿಜವಾದ ವಾರಸುದಾರರು ವೈ‌ಎಸ್ ರಾಜಶೇಖರ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವೈ‌ಎಸ್ ಜಗನ್ ಎಂದು ಸಿಬಿಐ ವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಅದರೆ, ಚಂಚಲಗುಡ ಜೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿಜಯ ಸಾಯಿ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಈ ಎರಡು ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಹಿಂದಿನ ರಹಸ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಟಿವಿ, ಜಗತಿ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕೇಷನ್ ಹುಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡ ಕಥೆ, ಸಂಡೂರು ಪವರ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಿ ಜಗನ್ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದ ಐದು ಬೇನಾಮಿ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಕಥೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಿಬಿ‌ಐಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಲಕ್ಸಂಬರ್ಗ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಜೊತೆ ಇರುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸಾಬೀತಾದರೆ, ಜಗನ್ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮೊತ್ತದ ನೈಜತೆ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿದೆ.

ಇಡೀ ವಿಶ್ವವೇ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷಾಚರಣೆಯ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಂದೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ದೇಶಪ್ರೇಮದ, ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಹಿಂದೂ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ರಕ್ಷರೆಂಬ ಹಣೆಪಟ್ಟಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು ತಮ್ಮ ರಾಕ್ಷಸೀ ಕೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅನಾವರಣಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ ಸೇನೆ ಎಂಬ ರಾವಣ ರಕ್ಕಸರು ಬಿಜಾಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸಿಂಧಗಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಕಛೇರಿ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾ(ತ)ಕಿಸ್ಥಾನದ ಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಹಾರಿಸಿ ವರ್ಷದ ಮೊದಲ ದಿನವೇ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ತಪಾತವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಂಚನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮಿಂಚಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಜನತೆಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನೇ ರವಾನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕೃಪಾಕಟಾಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಬೆಳೆದು, ಈ ದೇಶದ ಜನರನ್ನು ಜಾತಿ-ಮತದ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಭಜಿಸಿ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಮತೀಯ, ಜಾತೀಯವಾದದ ಕಸರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದ ಹಿಂದೂ ಪರ ಮತೀಯ ಉಗ್ರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಮಂತ್ರ ದಂಡವೇ ವಿಷ ಸರ್ಪವಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವಿದ್ಯಾಮಾನಗಳು ನಡೆದಿವೆ. ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಬಳಿಕ ಇಂತಹ ಮತೀಯ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಸಮಾಜ ಬಾಹಿರ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹದ್ದು ಬಸ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿಡಲು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹರಸಾಹಸ ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವುದು ಜನ ಕಂಡಿರುವ ಸತ್ಯ.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೇರಿ ಮೂರೂವರೆ ವರ್ಷ ಕಳೆದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬರೇ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಕಚ್ಚಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಗಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಿಂದೆಂದೂ ಕಂಡರಿಯದಷ್ಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇರಿದ್ದೇ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹೇಗೂ ಮೂರೂವರೆ ವರ್ಷದ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಪರ್ವ ಪೂರೈಸಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರಕಾರ ಬರೇ ವಿವಾದ, ಹಗರಣಗಳನ್ನೇ ಮೈಮೇಲೆ ಮೆತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಇನ್ನೇನು ಬಂದೇ ಬಿಡುವ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಮತದಾರ ಪ್ರಭುವಿನ ಬಳಿ ಹೇಗೆ ತಾನೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮನಗಂಡು ಇದೀಗ ಮತ್ತದೇ ಹಳೇ ಮಾರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಮರಳುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ತಾನೇ ಹಾಲೆರೆದು ಪೋಷಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದ ಮತೀಯ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಛೂ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಮು ಉದ್ವಿಗ್ನತೆಯನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ಬಳಿಕ ಘಟನೆಗೆ ಯಾರ‍್ಯಾರನ್ನೋ ಬಲಿಪಶು ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ವೋಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಗೆ ಲಗ್ಗೆಯಿಡುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಈಗಿಂದಲೇ ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟಿವೆ. ಅದರ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿದೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನಡೆದ ಸುಳ್ಯ ಘಟನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಂಧಗಿ ಘಟನೆ.
ಅನ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರಗಳು ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ಏನೇನೋ ಮಾಡಿ ಸರಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಜಾತಂತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಬುಡಮೇಲು ಮಾಡುವ ಕಾಯಕವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಬೇಳೆ ಬೇಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಘ ಪರಿವಾರದ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಇದೀಗ ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ತಮ್ಮ ಮತೀಯ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಸಮಾಜ ಬಾಹಿರ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಹಾಕಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಹಜವಾಗಿಯೇ ಭಾವಿಸಿರುವ ವಿಘ್ನ ಸಂತೋಷಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ರಾವಣಮುಖವನ್ನು ಅನಾವರಣಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯನ್ನೇ ಇದೀಗ ತನ್ನ ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಜಾತಂತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಅಪಾಯಕರ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶವನ್ನೇ ಎದುರಿಸುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ.
ತಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲ ಸಮಾಜಬಾಹಿರ ಕುಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ತಲೆಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಅಮಾಯಕ ಜನರ ಬದುಕಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚೆಲ್ಲಾಟವಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಇದೀಗ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ದಕ್ಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನುಂಗಲಾರದ ತುತ್ತಾಗಿ ಪರಿಣಮಿಸಿರುವುದಂತೂ ಸುಳ್ಳಲ್ಲ. ಮತೀಯ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ರಾಕ್ಷಸೀ ಕೃತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಗಾವಲಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ ದಕ್ಷ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ದಬ್ಬಾಳಿಕೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯವೈಖರಿಗೆ ತಣ್ಣೀರೆರಚುವ ಕಾಯಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರತವಾಗಿರುವುದು ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪಂಚ ಕೋಟಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ದುರದೃಷ್ಟವಲ್ಲದೆ ಮತ್ತೇನೂ ಅಲ್ಲ.

ಬಂಟ್ವಾಳ : ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೋರ್ವನನ್ನು ಇರಿದು ಕೊಲೆಗೈದ ಘಟನೆ ಗುರುವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ ಪುದು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಮಾರಿಪಳ್ಳ ಎಂಬಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಮೃತನನ್ನು ಕೇರಳ ತಲಶ್ಶೇರಿಯ ಅಡಗರ ನಿವಾಸಿ ಟಿ.ಜೆ. ಅಬ್ಬುಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರ ಪುತ್ರ ನೂರುದ್ದೀನ್ ಯಾನೆ ನೂರಾ (೩೨) ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮೃತ ನೂರುದ್ದೀನ್ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ವಾಗ್ವಾದ ನಡೆದು ಏಕಾಏಕಿ ಈತನ ತಲೆಯ ಹಿಂಭಾಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೊಂಟಕ್ಕೆ ಇರಿಯಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೊಲೆ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಾದ ನೌಶಾದ್, ಇಮ್ರಾನ್, ಹಫೀಝ್, ಬಿ.ಸಿ.ರೋಡಿನ ಹನೀಫ್ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅವರು ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ಪರಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮೃತ ನೂರುದ್ದೀನ್ ಗಾಂಜಾ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವನೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಆರೋಪಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಉರ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಂಟ್ವಾಳ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಠಾಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈತ ಕೇರಳ, ಕೋಟೆಕಾರು-ಬೀರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾರಿಪಳ್ಳದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಮೂವರನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ. ಮೂರನೇ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಮಾರಿಪಳ್ಳದ ಜಮೀಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಕೆಯ ಮೂವರು ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಗಾಂಜಾ ಸೇವಿಸಿ ಬೈದು ನಿಂದಿಸಿರುವುದೇ ಕೊಲೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಘಟನಾ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂಟ್ವಾಳ ವೃತ್ತ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ ಅನಿಲ್ ಎಸ್. ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಂಟ್ವಾಳ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ತನಿಖೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
